I've always preferred physical copies of the game, rather than digital downloads. At least it won't take up hard drive space when I no longer want to play the games. Good luck in getting it fixed. Threaten DR/Atari with legal action if you really want to play TDU :p (Although it'd probably be cheaper buying a physical copy)

The system is basically the same as normal driving, except you're chasing someone. Horn activates the sirens/lights, normal driving applies on the road (unless you're in a viper, then you may as well just give up as it's a sheet car to drive) and the confirm button fires the EMP when you're in range. If you stop a suspect dead for 5 seconds, he's arrested.

To be honest, the stress testers (most of them anyway) weren't actually testing the game... They were playing it. My personal decision would to be just reward the beta testers that got in before the stress test giveaway. But I know there'll be some whiners who'll... whine at the lackage of a $10 jacket. Meh. If everyone has a Beta jacket, then there's not really much point in exclusively wearing it.

And what about the excess moisture in the air? That'd kill many machines! The absolute best thing you can do for computers is put the components (except the HDD and PSU) into transmission oil. Transmission oil is electronically sound, so no short circuits will occur. The only thing is, though, you'll need to break your heatsinks on both the CPU and GPU so there are no fans on them.

You should be able to, yeah. If not, reinstall TDU with defaults (IE just the game and megapack, no mods for now)

He was asking to make sure you haven't got an illegal copy of the megapack. As for the R34, that comes with Patch 1.66a, so you'll have to install the patch and/or the megapack (which comes with the patch)

I acquired a new motorcycle model this afternoon. I decided to build it while "Attending to nature" in the bathroom (Not that you needed to know that, of course!) I'd pay for perfect physics... I'm not sure... I'd quite like a variety pack, with new vehicles and mission types (not just take person to point X) I mean more like... "Tailgate a suspect without him/her knowing" or generally more police action. I'd love to cruise around the islands in a police car pulling people over for ignoring a red light or what not.

TDUMT can convert 2DB to DDS. You can get a photoshop plugin from nVidia for the DDS compatibility.
