1. Sorry, a little late - Perhaps you already noticed, that "these mods" are only for PC.

1. Thanks for this. - Nice work and cool car! ... Would give you +rep., but (as often) i must spread around first. Good luck with future projects! Best regards Stefan
2. Hehe, nice thread here. :) Played Test Drive @ C64, The Duell @ Amiga500 and Part III @ DOS. Haven't played a Test Drive title between theese 3 and TDU1. Because it fits about this subject - love this video (a very familiar tune) :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UgP13vfjSFc best regards
3. Thanks for your feedback! Understand your point and I had already thought about listing this theme. Specifically the difference between converters and 3D-modelers - and respect for the last one. Perhaps i will add some lines. But i am not here to discuss and judge about converters (did also conversions in the past) or imitate an lawyer for global-companies. best regards
4. Why this and what is it? At the peak of TDU1-Modding times, there were discrepancies between different modders and fanbases. (Probably the "fanboy-war", was the biggest problem!) I'm not here to warm up old stories, but in the past some new modders lost the pleasure before they have even really begun. It would be very nice, if this does not happen again or at least not take the same proportions. This thread can only be a little reference, to keep the modding-scene "clean and friendly". Always remember, behind every nickname is a real person. These humans can over-react and be injured. Modders sacrifice a lot of spare time, to make their and your game "better". Without tool-developers like Djey, there would not be any tdu(2)-modding-scene. "Guidelines" primarily but not only for "users": Read the threads, readme-files carefully and inform in the forum, before asking questions about installing and other stuff. Report bugs or discrepancies in a polite and respectful manner. If you don't like a mod, but still have to post something - have a look at the line above. It's ok to have a favorite modder, but also respect other modders and their work. Accept that there is not only one all knowing, perfect modder. Don't rush them against each other - they could help each other and push modding to the max. Don't jump singing into a modder's thread and just post to - say the work by another modder is better / link to an equal mod by another modder / post pics of another modder's work. Everyone has at some point started - respect "newbies" even if they can't deliver the same quality, as someone who has the experiance of several years. [*]... "Guidelines" primarily but not only for "modders": Even when it's hard, try to forget the old stories. Respect each other, share some of your knowledge and take the new adventure together. If you want to help or criticize, do it in a polite and respectful manner. This can be done via pm. Accept criticism and tips! - Even if it was posted public in your threads. This way normal-users will notice, that we can help (and learn from) each other. Practice patience with newcomers, they are all excited and often miss the easiest things. ... All these lines above aren't explicit rules, but something to think about! Some points should already be covered by simple respect for other people or forum-rules. - Nobody is perfect, but let us try the best! Best regards Stefan
5. Thanks - one day without a look in zmod forum and the "perfect resolution" is posted^^ - will try it that way
6. Should i share something? So you haven't moved the rims (+tire+disc+caliper) already? You gave the crucial tip - if i remember correct, i've just moved fork_xx pivot. ---> http://forum.turboduck.net/attachments/17035/ Will try more ways. best regards
7. @Djey: proggy works excellent so far. @minime: +rep for editing the wheel-position ;) @tool: Tried it (one way) also yesterday, without proper result. ;) - As Minime stated in Zmod-Forum, he did it with Zmod! best regards Stefan
8. Hehe, nice to see that somebody likes it. (this was my first idea, for using Oleg's new Filter.) ;) As we all know, Eden/Atari gave us an "incomplete/ripped" product. No indicators in dashboard or HUD, no indicator-sound, no adjustable seats and so on. Already used indicator-sound-mod (though not for the video) - Nevertheless, I wanted to try this route. The sad sites of this way: Must be done for every car. Original indicator-positions and -sizes will perhabs be covered by the steering-wheel in many cars. (without "cam-editing" - same case on RS6) Nevertheless, it is done quickly and easily. - Modders could provide this for every new car-conversion. We will see what the time will bring to TDU2(-Modding). Thanks for comments and rep. Best regards Away - continue testing export-filter & powerful sword BETA3 :D
9. Omg - Progress (in this thread) is too fast for me. ;) I have not even tested the last version. :( Will download the newest version now. Thanks to everyone who is involved in progress (developing/testing/...) News for 3D-modders? - smells like an export-filter is comming - still watching the relevant board :) best regards Stefan
10. Hey Knyazev, I just want to say thank you! - thanks for your invested time/your tool. Unfortunately I could not help with beta-testing - More precisely, I can not even find the time to test MT2 extensively. :( best regards Stefan
11. So you have a problem/bug (Reventón is invisible) or you missed the information!? best regards
12. It looks like extracted "corvette_zr.bnk", "corvette_zr1_med.bnk" and "corvette_zr1_i.bnk" in the same directories. And for the problem - i've got the same message, during the conversion (2db --> dds) with MT 1.16! Solved this by using MT 1.14. - Don't know if this caused by my system or MT.
13. Same thought here :D "been working on BNK file format for years now"
14. Impressive, we're "all" still here. :D I barely had time for gaming or modding, in recent months. Nevertheless, I am impressed and very grateful that there will be TDUMT2. After release i will perhaps revive some of my old projects for TDU1. Have a nice d ...d ... development ;) Best regards Stefan
15. Hmmm - this should not happen. It's FenX's thread, keep it "clean". Already posted wip-pictures here in my showroom. It took a long time and will need some, cause i haven't much time to mod. ... I'll post it here in rel-section, when it's done. @FenX: Please, give the people a further link and the chance to enjoy your mod. - Good luck with future projects. Best regards Stefan
16. OK - so this is only a texture-modification? Cause i was the one who modified the golf-interior, to fit in the EA-scirocco-exterior (before we got a complete scirocco from fm3). :cheeky: Nothing against your work! ... Happy new year! (@all) :bananadance:
17. Server is running fine, download is ok and i am able to extract the file. These files were compressed with 7zip 4.65 - try this or later version. Files worked for thousands of users. If you still have problems, contact me via pm or email (adress in first posting) best regards
18. YES - more Q7^^ :monkeydance: --- Seriously - I would love it, if we could see an RS6.
