Help with new road / adding files

Hey, this is probably a dumb question, but since ive never done this before..

 

How do you change out .2db files within a .bnk file??

 

(Im trying to add the new roads into tdu.)

 

Even better though, is if someone could put up the Commonworld files (with the road mod added) that people could download.. pre made :p
