Sorry for being quiet for a month.
I'm currently very busy with college exams and projects.
Should be able to warp up and get things done within the next week.

Some new changes:
 - Guests now no longer able to report post/item due to massive ad spam robots putting their ads into comment of report lol
 - Again, due to spammers who just register and put advertising links on their signatures
I have disabled additional profile edit permission to all members who have less than 10 posts (unless you're in a special membergroup like donor/supporter etc)
(which means members that don't meet the requirement will not be able to edit signature, avatar, location, look and layouts, personal preferences etc...)
 - Because of the changes above, some member profiles are now viewable to public(signatures, member-title etc... don't worry, never the privacy stuff)
 - Some forum plug-ins upgraded (include topic prefix, highslide...)
 - Also I've added some new follow us buttons and homepage slideshow
 - Header image now auto rotates when page changes
(the image will stay stiff if page change happens within few seconds to improve loading speed
I'll also rewrite some codes to improve the site's loading speed once I have time.)
Don't forget I planned to move to a speedy server by the end of the year :)

And I can say now, change is on the way
expect some big changes in the near future!
