What monitor are you using?

 

You should be able to get shots with way better quality than that with your computer.

was only using my 18" coz my brother was playing on my xbox ill upload better quality if i go on tdu again

Force 16x AA in the nvidia control panel.

16xQ or normal 16x?

16xQ is better quality than 16x. But it also takes more power to run.

 

So try 16xQ first and if you get playable framerates, use 16xQ and if not, use 16x.

 

Also, if you use a HDTV. Bump up the in-game resolution to 1920x1080 and keep 16x AA. It looks mint, you won't want to go back to TDU on the Xbox.

when i put it on my proper screen before it wouldnt let me make a higher resolution.... not even in windows setting :/ any ideas?

By blue one, I assume you mean VGA. It could be that your TV doesn't support VGA 1920x1080 input. Or you might need to update your graphics drivers or try a different cable.
