How do you install car mods?

I followed the instructions from the sticky but, when I overwrite the old files and the rim files and go to the dealer the game crashes?

 

What am I supposed to do? Am I supposed to use some special modding program?

p.s. It one of the cars I was going to install said I need to do something w/ the camera?

Well I did that and every time I went to the Audi shop it would say, "Test Drive Unlimited has stopped working"?

Also, what do I do with this Magic Map thingy?

Put it in your Test Drive Unlimited/Euro/Bnk folder. Many (all?) mods today are much bigger in filesize than the original TDU cars, this is what making TDU crash. This is also what this file fixes. ;)
