Patch 1.66a has the bonus pack, not 1.45. Patch 1.45 is the retail release, as far as I know?

Djey's Modding Tools is a simple program to use, providing you're just replacing cars. In fact, if you're just replacing cars, you don't even need the tools as the modders have their mods ready to go straight into the game

All you need to do is extract the files from the zip file the modders use, and copy/paste them into your ..\Atari\TDU\Euro\Bnk\Vehicules\ folder. You should be asked to overwrite some files, click yes (Make sure you take a backup first, though, as we cannot provide original files)
