Having problems with random game crashes

I haven't even stated madding the game and it's a real edition of the game i have my CD key and all and i install and reinstall and delete reg files and still the game crashes in the same spots and I've tried patching it as well. I have tool kit but i would like someone to explain it to me before i mess something up. Thanks Guy's GO TDUC love the mods wish could try em

Does the game slow down then crash, or just not work?

Wouldnt this just be a simple case of the radial.cbd

 

If that does not help then there could be other problems.

I've tried to uninstall and reinstall. I've deleted registry files. I've downloaded TDU tool kit which helped nothing. It likes to crash during the saving or loading points like where I exit the house and it goes to a black screen and says loading or saving with test drive unlimited on it but it just freezes and stops responding

Do i have to uninstall because i don't see any of that stuff definitely no signs of radical.cdb besides i play the game with a cd

No. Follow the instuctions exactly. You have to set it up to show hidden files, folders and system files! Otherwise the file won't show up.
