Ohau Raceway Lap Times

Hi there guys,

I was thinking of this for a while but i could't find this at TDU-C. SO here is my plan. My second post is gonna be a lap time table that counts from 20 to 1. People will post their lap times like this:

 

EXAMPLE

Alirof|Mercedes Clk Dtm Amg|1:51.23|Hyper Sport|Manual|Stage 0

and if you are up for a place in the lap time table you make it like this:

*7|Alirof|Mercedes Clk Dtm Amg|1:51.23|Hyper Sport|Manual|Stage 0

 

EXPLANATION

*7 = place you're time will be in the lap time table

Alirof = You're name

Mercedes Clk Dtm Amg = The car you droven

1:51.23 = Your time

Hyper Sport = The driving aid you were using

Manual = the type of you're gearbox

Stage 0 = the tuning stage of you're car

 

Tha Rules

* Timing you're lap

For those who can acces the multiplayer section can do a test run in the race ''May the best man win''

For those who can't acces the multiplayer section: I've found nothing that can use as a in-game stopwatch

(no, chronopack won't work) so you'll have to time with an ordinary

stopwatch. If you find a way to do it please let me know.

 

* The start and finish

I've made a picture what will be a start and finish line.

For thoso who can't see it, we'll use the begin of the 3rd row

of arrows.

If I get my TDU working, I might try and get some times. ;) What did you use to time your lap?

Also, just a suggestion to make it easier to read the time tables, make the different categories into different colours (IE write the cars in red, times in green etc), something like this? Just a suggestion anyways, makes it easier to read imo. ;)

I think it's an awesome idea :thumbsup: As you can see i jused it. I just juse an ordinary stopwatch to use clock my laps

After a very long 3 seconds of thought... I have an enquiry.

 

Some (like me) Hate normal mode. If us hardcore peeps were to enter, we'd have a much harder chance at getting anywhere near the top.

 

So maybe if an extra section was added on to the current sections (such as Driving Aids, Transmission, Stage tuning etc..) I think it'd at least help the HC players have little internal races.

 

Just a thought.

Why bother with a stopwatch? It's 110% easier to use the "Test Run" feature of the multiplayer race "May the best man win". ;)
