Racing SP Races with HC physics (Bug)

Well I stumbled across this bug today. With it you can race SP races with HC Mode physics or if you want for example to film in HCM but don't want the HC logo in the screen, you'll be able to with this (*cough*Ryzza*cough* :cheeky:). I tested but you can't race normal-mode drivers in MP races; when you join a race the physics go back to normal mode. :)

 

Note!!!: Backup your profile! You never know what happens and if you press wrong while you're doing this it's gonna stuff up your profile (new game)!!!

 

So first go in the game on HC Mode, then go to free drive and press Esc to get the menu. Then press New Game AND press Back (Watch out, so you don't press OK!) Then just Resume, jump to the map and you should have the SP races but with HCM physics and you shouldn't have the H logo there anymore.

Cool - I'll try this out with a dud profile first me thinks :p

It starts off ok, but when you're cruising, people don't see the H next to your name either (quite humiliating), but you can prove that you're in H mode still by flying over a jump.

 

The only problem is, you eventually notice that the physics change to n00b mode as well. The steering, braking and gravity changes back to normal as well.
