Where can i get the extra cars(360 challenge,ruf,etc) from xbox live

and how much is it?

You have to buy them through the marketplace.

 

All the car packs are 350 Microsoft Points... (MP)

 

There are a few free ones that you can also download.

 

You can get to the marketplace through the game by going to your house > Trade > Marketplace

 

Additionally, you can also buy (H) Hardcore mode for 150 MS. I would recommend you make this one of your first purchases. And if you have heard otherwise, you DON'T need a steering wheel to use (H) Hardcore mode.
