Adding Rep?

How do you add the rep that people add to you?

I saw that I had a count of 10 yesterday but I do not know how to put it on my profile?

Anyone help?:(

10 is the default, you gain rep as someone reps you for helpful posts. 10 rep points is not the same as rep power :)

The same as above, plus, if you want to rep somebody else because they posted something you like/agree with. Press the rep button () that is under their post.
