How can change a thread title

As in question, how can change a thread title, pls.

Where can I go to change it?

You can change your own thread title by pressing the edit button on the first post in that thread. There should be a title box. Change that to what you want it to be.

 

Or, you can double click the thread name before you open the thread, and that allows you to quickly edit it.
