Hey Mates im interested into making some sound mods myself but i have a problem, i dont kno how to lol (call me stupid), i would greatly appreciate it if some1 can make a tutorial on how to make sound mods, Thanks.

Something about Microsoft 4bit ADPCM MS .wav format and the fact that the soundmod has to be EXACTLY the same length as the original. Not even one millisecond out!
