Are you using a capture card or are you using a conventional consumer camera.

I transfer them from the XBox to the PC using a memory card and transfer cable, not sure why they end up like they do - blurry and a bit stretched??? When I first transfer them there are big black lines across the top and bottom of the picture??

You probably cropped them and the quality from your save format took quality away from the pic.

I've got myself a new telly, 42" ambilight thing and the picture is amazing so I'm going to do some more pics and see if there is any improvement.
