How can I edit or make a new car sound?

Which programms do I need for editing, making or converting sounds of/for TDU? Any specialists in making sounds?

You need djey's modding tools

 

Select file browser and then entry in sounds then vehicules sounds then chose the car sound who you want to edit ,extract the wave files , edit them or if you have new files just convert to .wav , replace old files with new one and is finish

I cannot find good car sound in Utube. They're only making exhaust test. Any idea what should I search for in Utube?
