Very strange windowblinds problem

Right i downgraded to vista recently (didnt get on with windows 7 at all) and installed window blinds....

 

the problem starts once the theme is loaded.

when i try to update windows the page just says "Page fail to open" this stays this way even after a reboot until i remove the theme and go back to areo.....

 

 

Anyone else have this problem or know whats causing it?

I'm not sure if the same thing applies for Win Vista, but on XP, there was a themeux.dll that needed to be patched before anything could be customised. Perhaps this is the same with Vista?
