question about nav screen

hello, i'm trying to make the nav screen in the interior (like the original models)

but as i see, the others mods don't have working nav screen. i tried to detach the polys from the original dash but its not working

 

why we cannot use the nav screen?

So... any luck with this nav screen? Im kinda interested in this coz one day I will be trying to do this aswell..

From my Zmodeler experience... Zmodeler can't export models without a cubemap placed on textures. So maybe put a cubemap on the GPS ;) (Not tried it myself, but maybe it'd work)
