Videogame or pop culture Tattoo's Yay or Nay?

I'd like to get the opinion of people here. I'm thinking of getting my first tattoo some time in the not too distant future. As i'm a pretty big fan of the Cult anime Neon genesis Envangelion i was thinking of getting a Tattoo of the NERV Logo from the anime.

So what do you think of people who get videogame or pop culture inspired Tattoo's?

I don't think it'll look very good when you're old and saggy, unless you want to die before you get old.

 

However, it's your body and i have no power over you, so do it if you want to.

Heh i had a feeling those would be the first questions asked. Just so you know i've considered what would happen when im older but im still interested in getting one.

I'm not a fan of tatoo's either. Can't you get them lasered off?

Getting them lasered off is more expensive and more painful than getting the tattoo, so you have to think about it. I've always wanted a tatoo too, but with something i know i really love and won't change my mind about.

Getting them taken off with lasers also leaves scars.

 

But when you're 40, would you really want to have an Anime tattoo on you? I'd personally not even think about getting anything like this.
