buying tdu

Hey,

I play tdu for more then a year now, mostly on xbox.

And the latest few months on pc but i can't get online because i have a illegal version. Yeah i know i should support atari and the makers.

So tomorrow im going to buy the real one:) but should i delete everything on my pc from tdu? I don't want to get any trouble tommorow with cracks and other crap.

Make a backup of your save files, deinstall and install the purchased copy of the game. Afterwards you can put the save files back and that should do the trick. :D

I believe you can't play online with the same profile, so you'll have to create an online profile.

But i'm not exactly sure. :umm:

Yeah my account is only for offline so if i want to play i have to create a new one. And i can start over hehe:lol:

Yeah it would be great, but no store in Enschede has TDU for the pc

anyone knows a good dutch site where i can buy TDU

The weather was better than expected today. :cool:

TDU for pc is very hard to get a hold on these days. :(

I think your best bet will be ebay or download the game from the TDU site http://boutique.gamesplanet.com/campagne/promo.html?partenaire=15&jeu=TDU&affilie=AtariUK

You need to remove the the contents of this folder:

Show hidden files and folders via Control Panel - Folder Options - View Settings tab

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\you\Application Data\Test Drive Unlimited

Vista/7: C:\ProgramData\Test Drive Unlimited.

Yeah, I ordered it at http://www.nedgame.nl the only site i found that has tdu(pc)

But i think i get it on monday so till then no online:sulk:
