The in-game image uploader has never worked sadly.

There is a way of getting them from your Xbox to your computer though. Do you have a spare USB memory stick that you can use? It needs to be empty.

It hasn't worked in a LONGGGGGGG time. Sorry :)

And to get photo's from your Xbox to your PC you'll need a transfer kit. I'm not sure if there's any other ways but that's what I would use.

Righty, you'll need to plug the memory stick into the Xbox and format it so that the Xbox can use it. Copy the Photo file from your Xbox hard drive onto the memory stick. Unplug the memory stick from the Xbox and plug it into a computer.

You'll need a piece of software that will read the memory stick. (I'll have a look for it in a minute) Copy the Photo file from the memory stick onto your desktop.

You will also need the free trial off Winhex. Once you have this, open up the Photo file and on the menu bar click on Tools > Disk Tools > Recovery by file type.

Then you need to find jpg/jpeg in the list and choose where you wish to extract the files to and press okay.

Then you should be able to see all of the images on your computer.

If my other half is right, he said you can phone up Microsoft and they send you one out for free. Just tell them you bought a new hard drive and didn't get a transfer kit with it. Or something along those lines. :)
