Why has the "Around The Crater" race disappeared?

After I accidentally restarted the entire game and lost ALL game progress and images as I didn't back it up, I had to start a fresh. But I can't understand where the around the crater race has gone? I have driven around all roads in the area, checked the exact location where it should be and it's not there, not even on the map checking the key etc.

 

I have tdu with mega pack.

 

I have installed a couple of car mods and other mods such as trees, sand, grass, roads, smoke, and this 'bling bling' mod which I wasn't too sure what it did, I thought that may be the problem so I put the original back but still no sign of the race. I then though maybe if I create another new gamespy ID and start a new profile again it may work but it didn't.

 

Any ideas? Or any files which would cause this that I should replace?

I think you have to reach a certain rank for all races to show up on the map. Try reaching Pro rank. It may be a different rank though, I'm not too sure

Yep, I think that's the only way to do it. Keep racing some more and perhaps discovering roads helps too, and check the map now and then for that race.
