New Guy... Help Please?

So i downloaded the Carrera GT, and it works and i love it, but im having a problem with the seat position, it is way to far up, so i looked around and found Djey's system which lets you swap cameras with other cars ( I also know what car to switch it to) But when i try and open the cameras, i get this message "Unable to load car physics data." I have all of Djey's files in the main TDU folder, how do i make it so i can swap cams ( no cars appear when i open it up) THANKS!!!!!!

download Turbo Lag's physics and install them but make sure your games isnt running when you install it

Didnt install... also when i try and run ModandPlay.exe ... it instantly crashes, and can somebody just send me the files already adjusted? is that possible?

Use djey's modding tool's and select Camera & IK at the start menu;)

Run modding tools as an administrator (Right click -> Run as Administrator)

Thats whats not working, it says cant load car physics data, thats what im clicking

 

Also, when i try and run MODANDPLAY.EXE, it INSTANTLY crashes, idk if thats also a part of it.

 

What would be even better if somebody just said what to install, where to put it, and how to work it...but EVERY step, i mean mod and play, all of djeys stuff needed to download and install and change the seat position.
