SecuRom Problem, HELP !!!

Ok! here's the issue, i recently bought TDU, i installed it, everything was fine, but just when i patched it to 1.66A i got an error message saying

 

A required security module cannot be activated.

This program cannot be executed (7001).

I tried to follow instructions but i don't have any duplicated entries, for the other solution i'm too scared to try it because it might fudged up my computer!!! I has Deamon Tools, but i don't think deleting it will solve the problem! Please help, my frien and i bought it the same day and his works fine but mine doesn't! I'm gonna go monkey on atari :monkeydance::monkeydance:xD

If you have Daemon tools, then the likelihood of having pirated games on your system increases exponentially.

 

End the Daemon Tools task from within task manager and then try again.

You may have to take the risk and do the second step SecuRom asks you too. Or you could clean your registry using one of thousands of programs. If all else fails, you may have to reinstall your OS :ill:

He fixed it yesterday! He risked and tried the second solution!
