Tested. Only some smoke is red it takes about 1.5 seconds before the car starts spewing out red and its low quality

UPDATE:

Yep R3d is right it only works when u start the car with full power but when drift the smoke is sitll gray to bad thoo it could be great mod :(

P.S. On this photo ive started with full power on a corner ,didnt drift so don't say that I said it don't work before and than doing drift and it works... Coz it doesn't ;)
