Removing steering wheel

Hello guys,

 

Did anyone found a way how to remove steering wheel from interior together with driver arms? Also removing driver completely from the car won't be a bad idea.

 

I found myself quite happy driving without steering wheel and driver arms in NFS Shift and I thought it would be nice to drive the same way in TDU.

 

If anyone would help in this case, that would be great!

You need to open the interior model in Zmodeler and remove the steering wheel and the arm dummies.

Would you, or anyone experienced in Zmodeler, mind to write down short instructions how to do it?

 

p.s.

If wheel size and position can be changed in IK's, then I think it not have to be done in Zmodeler, but I might be wrong. Anyone have tried it before? There mus be some wheel options in IK settings, maybe there is something to disable it.

The IK's don't control the wheel position, that's done by the camera.

 

The IK controls how close to the steering wheel the driver sits, how far forward or backward they lean, the hand positions on the steering wheel, and the seatbelt positions.

You can hide the arms like this:

 

 

Just do it to a long sleeve jumper or something instead.
