TDU1: Corrupted Web Installer (Cab Files)

I'm trying to install TDU1 on my computer again, but I'm getting an error with the installer. It states that my data2.cab file is corrupted and that I should download the file from the Atari website again. So, I was wondering if anyone happened to have a list of MD5 hashs the installer needs. I'm in the process of downloading the file again from the Atari website, but I think this would be good information to have.

 

It seems my error is because the file "TDU_PC_v100_DR-MASTER.part6.rar" was corrupted, after checking the MD5 hash of the known good file against the copy that I had on my long term storage hard drive.
