There is only one way to do this: edit the bot's database pick the name of the bot you want then change it to your brothers name.

 

Drive around till he spawns ;) have fun.

I'm pretty sure that the "Two accounts on same IP" thing works fine. Although there's something in the back of my mind which is stopping me from being certain.

Running 2 Xbox 360 consoles with a copy of TDU each worked fine. Don't see why it wouldn't be the same on the PC.

On PC it is more hit and miss - depending on what router and ISP you have. It works, but can be glitchy to say the least.
