[PC] Serial Number?

I installed TDU2 which I bought today. It all goes weel but I couldn't help but notice the RAM levels were very high (3GB of 3.5GB). So it comes up with the 'welcome screen' and I click play. It comes up with some thing like this:

If you're wondering how i got there I copied and pasted the 'code that was on screen (un-lock request code)' as advised by Securom.

 

Please help me because if my parents find out I spent a large amount of my birthday money on this and it doesn't work, they'll kill me. Also, I can't take it back to EB Games (where I got it from) because it has a serial number.

The "unlock request code" is not your "product code/serial number"

 

Your serial number should be in an email somewhere if you bought it online.

I had that as well. I copied and pasted the Unlock Request Code in a few times iirc in sheer desperation, and it magically worked. :confused:

Well then the serial key should be printed on the last page of your game manual :confused:

(It's the same key you entered when you launched the setup program).

That happened to me the first time too haha too much of a rush to play it :P
