Corrupt Source File on install?

    Just got the game this after noon and tbh was expecting to be a bit disappointed with the handling at least but bought it anyway to see if i was right....anyway...

     

    So got down to installing it (uninstalled the beta version first, hence why i expected to be disappointed...) and it got about half way through the process when i gave me the message "source file corrupt."

     

    the fil is called Bigfile_EU_3.big and it gives you the option to retry (doesn't work just gives the same message), Abort (which is pointless as thats not gonna get me driving on it is it?) and ignore which is the option i chose...now i dunno about you but ignore generally means its not gonna work right...so.... i'll kept you guys posteed on how it runs but for now, anyone else had this issue?

     

    (i believe my PC Specs are correct still)
