How to sell a car ?

I think you get a choice to sell a car at a car dealership. However I'm not sure if this is only an option once your garages are all full.

ye you can sell (exchange) cars if you dont have enough money to buy a new one for sure, but thats only with cars you bought, and not the cars you've won with the duels, which is really annoying cus they are not the best cars and they only take up space

Yeah, there is no way to just sell a car. You either have to be trying to buy something you can't afford or trying to buy a car when your garage is full.

As a workaround you could go the real estate agent and try to buy some wildly expensive house then sell the cars you want rid of and then back out without buying a house.

Yea, I think the game doesn't want you to sell cars because it adds to your collection score. However, when you sell a car for the money using the workarounds listed above your collection score doesn't go down either.

It's not a smart idea. (From the Developers, if such thing they were thinking about.)

As same, as depriving the game from Auctioning.

Did this really work for you? I can only exchange one house for another, but no cars. You could try to buy an expensive car though. Gonna try it right now ;)

EDIT: Ok, it didn't work. You can only sell cars if you actually buy the new car. No way to just sell a car without buying a new one.
