Help me to make a picture in TDU

I try to make a picture in TDU but i con not please can some one explein to me how to make a picture in TDU or i need a program?

You have to reach the Amateur rank to unlock the Photomode. Once you've unlocked it, pause the game and choose "Photomode" from the pause menu (it only works in free ride though).

I have evrything open! All the roads and all the cars!!! Evrything is completed but i dont have a fotomode!!! i try with a Print Screen to take a picture but i have only black creen

 

Wheer can i find fotomode on the map?

Have you pressed "p" or "Esc for pause? Cuz if you press "p", there should be a "photo" submenu

^Do that. In TDU1, there are two separate pause menus. The one with Photomode is accessed by pressing "P."
