A Quick Question.

I was wondering if the Solar crown gift cars, and the Duel cars, you win count toward the owning all cars Achievement/Trophy.

Example: Stuarts SLR Roadster would count for owning a SLR Roadster

If it does it would save me a ton of money.

Well, they doesn't count as a bought car from a car dealer, so even if you'll have all the mercedeses (not the slr), there will still be 6/7 mercedeses bought (I think, haven't checked). My point is, I think you will still have to buy that SLR.

They don't, reason being is the game sees them as a different model. I discovered this a while back when trying to do a CRC challenge restricted to the 722S and Stuarts didn't qualify for access.

Yeah, you have the VW Tiguan, and then the VW Tiguan "Ryan" edition, so they don't count.

 

I thought owning 50 cars was the highest achievement in that area anyway :hmmm:

In terms of game levels yes 50 is the highest but there is an Xbox achievement for owning all purchasable cars.

Ya, I was referring to the number of cars you need to buy for the XP bonus thing, but it was poorly worded.
