Used cars?

I just looked at the used cars tab and there seem to be some really good cars there for very low prices. Are these cars put up for sale by other players? Why are some of them so cheap, and are there any disadvantages to using these cars?

Yes they are. As for why people make them so cheap I don't know, but they work just as fine as all other cars.

Not only is it fine, but some people may have installed the tuning packages on the cars, or even painted them using the Magic Map custom-paint-any-car-mod. :) Used is the way to go, especially in TDU.
