DLC cars on the back of box

Has anyone noticed that on the back of the TDU box that you can see cars that have been released as DLC.

250 GTO

 

They should have been in the game anyway then!

 

Also look to the right of them...

When I saw them on the back of the Box (when I first brought it) I was thought to myself could this be considered false advertising? As it shows it's in the game but it's clearly not :( Ahh well I'd just like all cars in the game, and soon!
