its really starting to annoy me, as my parents have said as im the only one who actually uses the internet, im the one who has to pay for it, so i want the best i can get, but i just don't feel like im getting that

When u buy Broadband u r buying a package that is upto a specific meg !! e.g. upto 8 meg doesn't mean ur gonna get 8meg it depends how far u live away from the exchange, phone line coming into ur house etc !!!
