Okay i want to mod the game myself, how do i shot web?

So, basically, i'm starting to get curious about this mod thingie, i want to create my own mods and, with that, give my own input to the community, but unluckily i don't even know where to start. I downloaded Blender, and i'm ready to download a 3D model, but some guidance is needed.

Blender? Why do you need blender? You need ZModeler, Photoshop, Modding tools and all this stuff. I think Minime made some video tutorials about TDU modding

Uh... well, i though Blender would be okay ^^U downloading Zmodeler and looking for those videos.
