Steering Problems

I installed the game today, and everything works fine. But when i am driving all goes wrong. If i just drive in any car, it just starts to swerve all across the road, don't know if this is meant to happen or not ? But its usually starts to do it at 30+ mph. And its impossible to do anything with the car. I don't know what does this but could someone point out a way to prevent this from happening. If you don't understand what i mean i will record it with fraps.

Do your wheels actually turn or does your car just slide? Fraps it for us. ;)

I just started the first race with the Audi i bought. And I hit the throttle, because it was a straight line, i can turn but as soon as it hits 50 the car starts to turn by itself and i cant prevents it i will fraps it.

PC problem? Are you using a joystick/steering wheel? Those are things to take into consideration.

I started off with my keyboard and had this problem, so then i tried my joystick and same problem, uploading video now. Does driving aid have anything to do with this problem ?

Could you post up your computer specs? I'm going to call Atari and find out a few things.

it looks like a linearity problem to me, but then again i dont know what the pc version is like or how it works

Thanks dan! i went into options and fiddled with the linearity, and put the bar to the right and it fixed the problem!
