Oahu Raceway Not unlocked?

I reached the Pro level, and Oahu was not unlocked. Now, I am at the Expert level and it is still locked. If anyone could tell me why that would be great! Thanks in advance, Se7eN

You need to be a Champion in order to unlock Oahu Raceway which is situated just below the main airport.

Thank you Diablo, I saw several posts on other sites saying you must be Pro to unlock the raceway.
