Found this on Another Forum I am on and thought I would share, have not yet tried it but apparently it does work

 

 

Rockstar are so awesome that they included their own location maps in the game itself,

To see them go to the nearest Internet Cafe in-game, log online and type "www.whattheydonotwantyoutoknow.com" in the address field.

 

You'll then get location maps for hidden weapons, health packs, side quests, the ratbirds..
