Really REALLY annoying Ruf bug.

This "bug" seems to happen sometimes when you switch your Driving Aid to Sport or full Driving Aid.

 

Kinda hurts your time in races... , if you ever get it to move and finish the race... ofc.

I never noticed this bug... I think it's because I always drive in Hardcore mode with all the aids off. But seriously, that's some pretty retarded stuff right there.

Seems to be really rare.. i always use Sport DA setup when racing "seriously" with the Ruf Rturbo, and this is the seccond time this happens, last time i just turned the DA off after i got bored of trying :P then 2 days after it worked normally again..

meh I have my DA switched to Hypersport on my online acc and off on my offline acc... And I haven't bought any Ruf yet

after some testing... this litle "bug" isnt limited just to the Ruf Rturbo.. now any stick-shift car wont budge if the DA is above hypersport...

 

well BOO it, im just gonna reinstall TDU.. delete the radial file and everything..

well with a keyboard how many ways are there?

 

Tried with a keyboard, wheel and pad, no difference... no matter what try, what revs or how hard im pressing down on the throtle.. always stalls... annoying.

hmm. check controls and you might have enable clutch activated. disable it if you do have it on, and try again.

Not quite sure what youre saying there but yes, i do know it's on cause i use manual clutch all the time.. ofc it wont stall with the Semi-Auto gearbox where the clutch is on auto, but that really hurts your acceleration.

 

And when i tried a bike.. well it wont stall, cause i cant shift gears at all :/ manual clutch on and you cant shift gears with bikes.. anyone else noticed this? or is it just my game thats being anal..

 

and i might add something else aswell since it seems im not being taken seriously.. iv'e been playing TDU for quite awhile now (over a year), i have two, 99% online accounts and i think of myself as fairly skilled driver.. over 90% win-ratio in ranked races.. SO this is a BUG, not cause the lack of my driving skills!

This one's going to the X-Files.. no idea what caused this bug or how it got fixed, just glad it's gone now.
