Problem with TDU

Some of you may know I had a hardware problem with my laptop which ended up losing all my files including TDU and the Megapack.

 

I didn't have any backups at the time because I had nothing to store the activation codes on, the only real source would be my email address and my details I used to purchase TDU and the Megapack with.

 

Would I be able to download TDU and the Megapack again or would I have to buy them again?
