With 360 you automatically go offline, no need for switching profiles. In fact the 360 has a simple little option called "Allow online interactions" which basically means you can switch to offline and online whenever you want. This option isn't hidden somewhere in the PC Options menu is it? It's in Options > Online on the 360.

With the new language options now available we also had some members requesting that there be some way of using their correct language for the [*center][*/center] and [*color=X][*/color] bbcode tags. So now you can! That's right [*centre][*/centre] and [*colour=X][*/colour] are now accepted here so format correctly if you wish to do so. :D Note: Remove the '*' when using the above codes, they were added to stop the forum from using them as they would be normally.

Hello all, in light of a few people asking about the sort of cross-pollination we have here between the English US and English UK languages we have decided to create 2 separate Language options for our users so that they can have their dates, times, tags and ize's/ise's in their respective language format. What does this mean exactly? Well if you visit your User CP and then click on Edit Options you will see a Language selector at the bottom with a small example of what the difference will be. UK: 31/01/2009 with 24 Hour Clock US: 01-31-2009 with 12 Hour Clock If you spot anything that needs changing then please let us know. :) Thanks TDU Central Mad Squad

RABCAT did 60 for TDU so not all the cars are done by them.

I just found this on RABCAT's website and I am pretty sure it wasn't listed the last time I checked back in January so looks like the high quality and finishing of the car models will be back. Let's hope all high level brakes and such are in their proper places, colours and of course working order! Hey all! With RACE Pro fast approaching I started watching some Ring videos and obviously some of the related videos were Tourist drives, and well, I wanted to try it for myself if I could and I found out I could - sort of - with Forza 2. Set-up a System Link game, set 7 AI, choose their cars and then give them the skills to handle the cars. So that's what I did!! Enjoy and thanks for watching if you do. It's been like that since the e3 2006 demo released for the Xbox 360, and we even told them about it back them also.

I wasn't marking you as a PC snob btw, I was saying this because of some of the comments that seem to be coming from so called PC snobs. Also the career is as easy or as hard and as long or as short as you want it to be. There is no real career as such except that you start a campaign and then do as little or as many races as you wish to complete a Championship (full ones are available!). Many reviews and previews have said this game is not exactly a game, it's more a racing game and for that it's much likened to it's PC counterparts. The reason I'm really excited for this game is it's all out racing, something we haven't seen on console for a long time.

It's a sim as plain as that, most of the videos and such show the driver using aids and such and as for the bumping (nudging) his way through, well that's racing, watch the BTCC or WTCC, scraping against your opponent, putting your nose down the inside, getting the door closed on you etc is racing. F1 is mainly a babied form of racing because the cars are so fragile but touring cars, no way and that's why myself personally love it! Of course the console version isn't going to be 100% comparable with the PC snobs but for a console it will do a damn fine job, finally a racing game that's all about racing! Remember this is their first console attempt so they will test the waters in allowing the casual to the hardcore to play this game as they wish, it's upto the player to choose how the game responds to them and their skillset. Also remember that video was offline play, check any other game even PC sims' offline gameplay and I'm sure you'll see plenty of other people doing exactly the same thing.
