  1. And about similar taste in interior. We have a refined taste, Mike. We have class. Thing is, you let your bling on interior details, like carbon stuff and red seatbets, and i did on the outside, picking a more vivid color.
  2. How did you got those other shots? Edit: Found it.
  3. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NvnJr82oULk
  4. Not saying that Carlos_69 should change his entry, even because last one, which was 80's, Devin posted a freaking Diablo GT... but i don't think the Lancia Delta S4 falls into the hot hatch category. I mean, it's nowhere near as "practical".
  5. Ford RS200, bloody fast car, had mechanical problems. Toyota GT-One TS020, also a bloody fast car, had mechanical problems. Toyota TS050, fast car, mechanical problems. Au Cerumo Supra, won the 2000 GT500 championship without finish one single race in first place. It also, wasn't the fastest car around the track. Usually wins the car that has the best package. The best overall, not really the bestest lap times. What tend to happen is, the car with the best overall, tend to be the fastest aswell, like, Mercedes at F1.
  6. Hot lap racers are usually not the ones that win races. Or championships. A car that runs half a second faster, but has to pit in way earlier is useless. Edit: Motorsports is filled with examples to show that the fastest car is not usually the winner. Racing is way more than a hot lap. #i'mdoneexplainingtheobvious
  7. No. Definetly not. If you think that fast lap times is enough to win a race, you're wrong. There is much more into it. Reliability, consistance, economy of tires and fuel, strategy. A good racing car isn't the one that makes the fastest lap times. Thing is though, a car that is born a racer, is a car that is worried about being good, being great at the track, and not worried about bhp figures. Take a look at Group B cars, Nissan R390, GT-One street... Great vehicles that it's street version doesn't give a poop about bhp, max speed or how fast it can accelerate. The street version is only there to meet FIA regulations.
  8. Doubt it will be like a CLK-GTR. It was born to meet FIA regulations, so, it was born a race car, and not a hyper-street-car with impressive figures. The CLK-GTR didn't care about stats and numbers, all it cared was about racing in motorsports.
  9. I see... and well, that new R8 has more power than i thought. Was thinking more like, 550 at most.
  10. Which it sort of is. I mean, 640bhp. That thing just eats up the R8. Performance wise, it is Aventador rival.
  11. The F-Type is cool, but... that's a Corvette. I mean...
  12. I understood what you said. It's quite pointless to write just one article. I mean, it's not the kind of help you're seeking with this thread. But, let's recap... So far, i haven't seen anyone offer their help to write articles on the main page. I want to help, but i don't know if i can do it the way you'd like, or the way i'd like. My friend asked me to write one, i accepted it. Translate it would be like, the minimum i can do. It's something i know i can. But you know... it's only one. So, i better let it clear now, here, than say i can help and ending up not being able to. When i get the text done, i will send to one of the staff members then, and you guys see what is the best thing to do with it.
  13. That Corvette looks more promising than the Z06, which is mostly like a dragster.
  14. I don't know. I've been away from the forums for a while, i am kind of re-learning it. Plus, i'd like to be able to take on the subject. Although, i don't feel i am prepared, or good enough, mostly because i probably won't even buy the game. Not to mention i am not sure how many free time i will have this year, which will be a complicated one for me. I know it all sound as an excuse, and it probably is . I can translate the text, and then you guys can see what to do with it. If it's worthless, not a problem either. :D Edit: Even because my texts will probably need a lot of grammar fixing. Which can be a double-work. And a pain...
  15. I am going to write 1 article for a friend, about Gran Turismo in general, since GT Sport is comming. Talking about the whole franchise and etc. I could translate it to english, give to someone who could actually fix my grammar mistakes ( That will be a hard task, must see who would be willing to fix my text)... but that would be like, one. As i do not want to take the compromise of being a constant writer.
  16. Thanks Mike for telling me about this thread. o/ Drive Your Classic Car - Jalopnik #imustrelearnhowtoforum #imrustywithforumposts
