  1. Rockstar being Rockstar: Rockstar Deals With GTA Cheaters In A Very GTA Way
  2. Scandinavia DLC releases on May 7th.
  3. I quite like it, though the maxi cosy design with split side supports for the seats is really a let-down imo. Too bad it's ''just another american flagship concept'', doomed like those who went before it (Ford Interceptor, those Cadillacs including the Sixteen, etc).
  4. 60 FPS trailer debuting this thursday: Grand Theft Auto V PC at 60 Frames-Per-Second: Official Trailer Coming Thursday April 2 10am ET | Rockstar Games [staff edit:] post moved to correct topic
  5. Agreed, Mazda's 6 is a really nice looking thing :nods:
  6. Looks perfect to be fold-away, photo is too blurry though to see a seam between nav and the trim around it.
  7. My OCD is not satisfied, the line of the headlight nearest to the grille doesn't run parallel with it. Audi failed. Back to the clipboard! *heroic screen spin*
  8. Steam achievements updated for Scandinavia DLC: Søurce: SCS Software (@SCSsoftware) on Twitter Also on that same page you can read they're working on side panels for chassis with other drivetrains than 4x2 :D
  9. I made a noob error. My system has 4 ram modules, but somehow I placed two of them in the wrong memory slots. I replaced those 2, found out I plugged the SSD and HDD's wrong, changed that too, and now it's installing windows! Unless anything else weird happes, I think my issues are solved. So for now, thanks for thinking along here and for the feedback :)
  10. Happy bday Tim! Have some vodka :nods: :drunk::birthday:
  11. My current pc has an MSI board and that one beeps, that's why I thought this one would too. Funny enough the manual of the new board doesn't mention the beeping though. I'm gonna try the GPU thing tomorrow. Friend also pointed at that, because if other stuff was broken, the pc would turn off by itself. Instead, if I want it to turn off, I have to hold the power button down. So perhaps all that is fine and it secretly waited for input at the bios, me just not seeing it.
  12. Wow, that open view to the sea of that DBS picture. Also funny to see how that Bentley kind of makes the R-Class look small.
  13. No there aren't. The only rear ports it has are USB, internet, some round ones etc but no VGA/DVI stuff. We can rule out the monitor, since the monitor works on the other pc.
  14. I came across that ye.... So how do I find that out? Take off the CPU cooling assy and then what do I look for? I don't have like a replacement CPU I can use to see if that one dóes work...
  15. I thought, this weekend I can finally start using the new pc by installing windows and copying over some stuff. Wouldn't be typical though if it went right the first time. As a refresh, the setup: Corsair RM650 Intel i7 5820K (3.3Ghz 2011-3 ) Cooler Master Hyper 412S MSI X99S SLI Plus Corsair Vengeance LPX (16 gb DDR4 2133) MSI GTX970 4G Gaming (4gb) 1x Samsung 850 Pro (256 gb) 2x WD Blue 1TB BenQ GL2460 24" Windows 8.1 x64 (to be installed) Cooler Master Trooper Microsoft keyboard 600 Logitech M560 Logitech Z-553 The main issue I have is that the monitor is not getting any signal. I'm connecting it to the GPU by DVI cable, in fact the very one I use on my current pc. So the cable is not faulty. Plus, it detects it's in; if the cable is not in, it says cable not detected. I've already pressed the buttons on the monitor to set it to DVI, eliminating the possibility that the monitor thinks it has to operate through a port that's not used. As for inside the pc, what would be relevant is the GPU and mobo I think. The mobo works, or at least, it has a blue CMOS light at the back (guess it's on because it detects abnormal shut down...: me via the power button) and an illuminating power and reset button on the board itself. When I press the power button, all fans spin, including those of the GPU. The MSI illumination also works on the GPU. It is fully connected to the PSU (8 + 6 connectors) in the right socket (PCI-E block). What doesn't work: - monitor: no signal detected Any oddities I question: - why do the two GPU fans start spinning after having been deactivated for a few seconds? Aren't the fans of 970's supposed to stay off until 60°C is reached? The PC's not even being used since it doesn't have windows installed and I can't see chips. Why do they go back on then???? - why does my mobo not beep through the little speaker I had to connect to it? Manual btw doesn't state anything about beeping during or following the POST.
  16. RAINBOW!!! Somehow it reminds me of NFS3's auroras, those special details of tracks... Also love that Lotus shot with those orange clouds... just wow!
  17. It looks better proportioned than the CLA imo so that's a good job by BMW. Still though, I will never be interested in a 1-series/CLA/A3 sedan. C/3/A4 is where it would start for me.
  18. Well it's been in production since 2011. Facelifts usuall come after 3 or 4 years and it's mostly mid-life work. So in 2018 we should be done with this thing. No idea about competitors... I'm not that much into SUV's really. I can imagine an X5 and Cayenne being better at stuff than the ML, including in styling.
  19. It's a facelift. As I mentioned, the car is still designated W166 (the equivalent of BMW's E/F codes, or Audi's B/D codes). The pre-facelift ML that will now disappear has that code too (W163 and W164 were the previous two ML generations). Only the GLE Coupe is a new generation, it also has its own code which is C292.
  20. It comes with adaptive dampers and optionally with active curve system. No idea if it works, won't ever find it out either.
  21. For those who wonder if Merc didn't already have a car like this: this is the facelift of the ML-Class (this GLE has the same internal code: W166). Mercedes is using a new naming system to make it more clear which cars share equipment/tech/structure. GL is now a prefix for off-roaders and SUV's, the letter behind it says which of the core models (C/E/S) it's based on. So like that you'll have a GLC (replacing GLK) and GLS (replacing GL). G-Class remains unchanged, so will SL. GLA already fits the system so won't be changed. -- I like this one way better than the pre-facelift. Especially the AMG one, of which the ''old'' one seemed to have a front bumper slapped on the rear side. Front of the car, mostly the headlights, looks better too, although I wouldn't pick the car in white. The white one seems to have larger cheeks below the headlights than the blue one (perhaps blue makes that extra step better visible). That said, ONCE AGAIN THAT FREAKING STUPID TABLET. Borders larger than those of old TV's, stupid ''free standing'' design. The whole center console looks clumsy btw, also because of the whole COMAND panel (why not that single controller... hello? idea?).
  22. I first thought Sauber C11 and Merc C112 but I think that really doesn't match the criteria (C112 and C114 would fit better but when the latter doesn't exist...). Then I thought 300SLR Uhlenhaut coupe and SLR, but the 2 Uhlenhauts are not for sale and the SLR is meh... Problem solved: 300CE Hammertime CLK 63 AMG Black Series.... in white
  23. Friend of mine had the same... bought an R33 Skyline months ago but it only passed tests for registration on dutch roads like a week or 2 ago. And then he still has to get some more little bits fixed before he can drive it, let alone he's waiting for better weather xD Those are some good wheel choices. I'd indeed only pick the 3rd set if you had a darker car, or you have to go for the lighter non-shiny set. With an AMG pack, I'd go for those other 5-spokes. And 53K km is really like new, nice find!
  24. Not bad at all. Good job by Jaguar!
