Funny, just today I talked with DJey about adding cars with the installer. As far as the situation is right now I don't see a way to make working new slots with the installer, so it still will be replacing existing slots.

Fellas, just wanted to let you know that the release of the GT3 RS moved forward - thanks to the TDUF Alpha 0.5 update! :bcflag:
 
Expect the release next weekend. Not this weekend, but next weekend. :sheep:

Check to see if the files are properly named as well , maybe the interior is improperly named , could be a small "i" at the end instead of a capital "I" or something ...?

Btw, about the GT3 RS - my internship ends at the 25th, so I got time for modding then :) At the moment I don't have time for anything than editing some pictures after work, but after the 25th I will have a month more or less free, so I will continue the Porsche, if not even finish it.

I don't feel like releasing it in public, so just leave me an email. It's basicly done, but I haven't made an installer for it, so having my stock 458 is required to install the LB.

you're welcome. That is the solution to an existing slot. You can create a custom default rim setting for a new slot but you have to make it all from scratch. However, this way you can base it on a car with existing 17, 19, 20 inch rims etc.

In TDUPE, open a car and go to "miscellaneous". you have to set the "default rims" tab to the corresponding wheel size or to the same replaced car. It really depends on if you replaced a slot with a car that was meant for the slot or if the car was manually added by you. Lets say you made the new rim size 20" then usually you should set the default rim in TDUPE to the car that the mod is supposed to replace OR set it to a car with 19" rim size.

@ kovalsky the impala is almost done, i still did not get the gauges to work how i want them to and it was dirving me nuts so its on a pause,
the chevelle is also paused and somewere in my folders, and to ur info the Eclass is also paused and im telling u why, as u maybe notect i havent been online for a wile, bec im back in full time work now that means hard working 10-15 hou each day and wenn i get home ill take a shower and lay down in my kingsize bed and watch TV and chill, so i rly dont have time for modding atm, maybe in the winter time again i might be more at home to do some more modding action but not now sry man, dont worry i did not forget abaut the cars.
I hope some of u guys respect that, if not then i dont care xDDD

People here really don't know how to respect modders here. Of course, modding is not going to be someone's priority, so naturally they will be caught up in "real life", which you may or may not be able to identify with, considering you made this comment to begin with. Every modder has the free will to do as they please, regardless of tentative plans or promises. As they say, if you don't like it, deal with it in a way you can.
