  1. You can't buy my acceptance with petty bribes and freebies... wait, stratos and 500km of dirt track... never mind you can buy my acceptance :p
  2. They triple swore. we're all doomed
  3. it takes freaking ages to patch, that much is true... 100kb/s... 35MB usually takes about a minute normally :p
  4. Only taken a few so far, however for now, here's my finest creation :D http://i51.tinypic.com/345g7zk.jpg
  5. The new roads on Hawaii are fantastic, and the views are amazing on the mountain roads (both asphalt and dirt) both new roads coming from the keleoke pass are pure magic. honestly the views are just gorgeous. However for road rules Ibiza is far nicer to do, feels a lot more like paradise if i'm honest, especially when you roll up to a house on a cliffside with ana zmazing view. Honestly, i can't say one is better than the other. it's just a shame there's not more events on Ibiza
  6. Ewwwww, cavalier, kill it with fire. Anyway, when I first read this I thought it was teh same as Question of the day from jalopnik, which was, which car was overshadowed by its predecessor
  7. Loz summed up the handling really well. It feels like the wheels are welded directly to the chassis with no suspension. This picture summs up what was great about the old physics: Power on full Smoke billowing out inertia making the suspension do an impression of a yacht. In honesty, I feel the game would feel so, so much better if going around a corner you could feel the G force you were under. Also, whenever you go offroad the lack of suspension seems really strange, the car shouldn't bounce around as rigidly as it does, and it doesn't feel right. On top of this after a jump, teh way your car slams to the ground is just flatout wrong, as there should be absorbtion/rebound etc. In short, the only thing I genuinely have issues with is the handling, and i'm allready learning to deal with how it feels, all in all: I give it an 8
  8. basically, there's exploits in the club system, those who used exploits will have their accounts terminated without warning
  9. Right, I dunno how it works this time around, anyway, my atari login is crazed_dodgem, and the profile name is who.
  10. I'm having similar issues, constantly recieving a 'servers unavailable' message. occasionally I get _unknown error! logout!_
  11. Moved, stickied, go wild. Also, feel free to remove me from the club until summer-ish, as i'm not getting it for 360 till I can get online
  12. The camera cars will have to be range rovers, just like the real thing :P
  13. slushbox ryzza :p it's not realistic, of course, but it was a lot more believable. In sims you know exactly why something did something... like, in LFS you knew why a car was acting how it was. In HC mode ofcourse it accelerated too fast, and the car was too responsive at speed, and the grip was too low, and there was moon gravity w/e but you still, for the most part, felt like part of the driving experience
  14. Please post threads in the appropriate areas, thanks
  15. Welcome to the forum, it's always nice to have people from NY here :p
  16. I've updated it, adding the V8 Buggy, and adding videos for the 2CV and the Beetle
  17. Oh lawd, not getting black marks will be interesting when you don't know whether or not your indicators are on when in interior view
  18. Just an FYI, TDU's servers still attract thousands daily. It did deliver a good game, otherwise so many of us wouldn't be here. TDU delivered. TDU2, again, it's rough around the edges and i'd have happily waited till june if needs be. TDU was well supported with updates, and I believe that in many areas all the game needs is finishing touches applied, touches which can be applied with updates. TDU2 will probably keep us interested just as effectively as the first did
  19. So basically there will be a 'patch' to fix it in the near future which just disables clubs, and they'll be back next year *cough* Diners on original *cough*
