  6. Is this an AIXIM competitor i wonder? AIXIM's (google them if you don't know them) are very popular in france. It's very ugly, but if it is an aixim competitor, it's the better choice of the two.
  7. Really? it's all the rage here in france :cheeky:
  8. Very immaginative photos  And :oook: how does that make him a freak?

  10. I agree, but i think that way is very unreliable, as much as i'd like to think members will donate to save the site, i think that offering another incentive other than the site staying up is needed. This way you are widening the target audience, as newer members who aren't really attatched to the site will donate as they get something other than the site staying up in return.
  11. But then again, take away the car, will people still donate in the numbers they did last month? Do the maths, before last month's SAW I, all the other month's donations have been pretty poor for a while. I think if we take the price of the car away from the total we got last month, we'd still have a lot more than the month before, the month before that, and the month before that. I agree with Koenigsegg in that Merchandise is the way forward, it is a brilliant incentive to get people to donate. But i also agree with woody that the price of the car is eating into the amount of money that goes towards the site. Which is why i think offering a smaller prize is the way forward.
  12. I say continue with SAW, but now that the members know that this place needs donations (well, the regular members do) then i'm sure more people will donate, well hopefully. No matter what, nothing is set in stone. SAW1 was a success, so i say continue with that. Then again the cars do cost a lot of money, i think offering smaller prizes would be the way forward?
  13. Completely disagree, As with the veryon i think this it's an engineering feat. They've done everything in excess and have made it work. I don't think this is something that is meant to go on the track, this is something that is meant to get you from A to B as fast as possible and as luxuriously as possible, Which is exactly what it does.
  14. Speed isn't everything. Although i do quite like the panamera, i'd take the Quattroporte over it anyday. I agree with mark, the panamera isn't in this class, the Galibier is alongside the phantom, the new silver ghost, and the mulsanne.
  15. I don't know if you have forgotten but Bugatti have done 4 door cars in their past ;) As for the porsche, i would say this is on a different level.
  16. Probably one of the most anticipated new cars, the new bugatti, which was dubbed the "Bordeaux" but it's now been released just before Frankfurt tomorrow. It's called the Galibier (After a difficult Apline pass along the Tour de France) " One of the Galibier's most striking features is undoubtedly its two-tone outer shell, which is comprised of both polished aluminum for the doors and front fenders and a unique dark blue carbon fiber weave that shines through when illuminated. We also note a prominent center spine that recalls past Bugattis like the Type 35 and the classically beautiful Type 57. Powering the Galibier concept will be a version of Bugatti's ridiculously powerful eight-liter W16 powerplant. Unlike the mill propelling the Veyron to ludicrous speed, this version is mounted up front and is capable of running on ethanol fuel, which may or may not allow the automaker to squeeze a few more ponies out of the engine... not that it needs it, of course. Current reports peg the Galibier's top speed at 217 miles per hour (350 kilometers per hour), which, while slower than the Veyron's epic terminal velocity, is certainly nothing to sneeze at. Check out our gallery of high-res images below." Gallery Source: Autoblog Hmmh, i'm not too fond of the front of it quite yet, i'm sure it'll grow on me though.
  17. Finally, a proper(ish) bike! :p I actually quite like it, although once again, those dreaded L plates.
