    That's more like it! :p That the lights are on isn't actually a problem, the problem with the tinkers is more annoying. It seems they are going to the left, so you slow down, but then they go to the right or straight forward!?

    So what does this mod do actually? Does it turn of the Traffic lights that go Green, orange and red? I am confused Iced! Learn to explain lol. I believe you mean the lights of the cars driving around, but that's not what it says! :p
