BFG are good, they offer lifetime warranty ... once you'd decided on a card, the thing then to look a is bundles, discounts, offers of the week / day, warranty, OC'ing or to go with the prettiest Virtual girl on the box (Sapphire ATI ;))

    Firstly, - Get Audcaity - Make sure you have the .bnk unpacker/repacker Using the .bnk unpacker/repacker, unpack the car sound .bnk, and extract the .wav files from inside this. Use Audacity to open these .wav files and then add i your own to another "track". Make sure they are exactly the same length by zooming right in. Delete the "original track" and export the whole thing as a .wav (Microsoft 4bit MS ADPCM) then 'replace' th original .wav in the .bnk unpacker/repacker with the newly saved one and 'save the .bnk' Hopefully it should work =] Sound Mods are the trickiest ever as it can sometimes take hours just to iron out one little sound glitch!

    You have to extract the .rar using winrar. Extract to your desktop, then in the new folder on your desktop, copy the files into the right places. There should hopefully be a readme in there ....

    You could do what BasBas is doing and make the vynals paintable with the first choice in the paint shop and then the main body colour, painted by the second choice in the paint shop ... if you understand. I'm guessing you'd just have to select the area of the car you'd like to use as the first coat. I'm sure he'd be willing to help if you PM'ed him, cos it's not a pointless "I WANT THIS CAR NOW .... AAAAAHHHHH" PM :) Well hopefully ;)

    Thanks both, but... I found out what's wrong. I put the old existnig RAM into DIMM 2+4 to check to see if the mobo was to fault, but no, it worked and booted up fine. So I put the new 2gb sticks in DIMM 1+3 and removed the old ones, (so only new ones) and it wouldn't boot, just gave warning beeps. So it looks like it DOA, so I'll be sending it back soon hopefully for a replacement! In a good twisted way, this is fine, because the PC is working how it was and nothing broke because of the new RAM.

    Well that demo really was a boring 30 minutes of my life. Maybe it's because I was guessing what I was clicking ... I'll wait for reviews to come out before I pass judgment on whether it's OK, or a no no.

    a) where abouts are you looking for these products? (site name) b) you'll ned a better PSU (500W min, I doubt 350W wil get you far) ... c) do you have inidividual prices for the parts?

    I'm guessing you've installed it twice ... seeing as the date in the screenshot shows it to actually already be the original unmodified file. Try double clicking the testdriveunlimited.exe from here: C:\Program Files\Atari\Test Drive Unlimited. Not from your start menu or desktop.

    I agree, original road surface + new lines = The best! But yeah the new roads were amazing to start with, but then I reinstalled and fell in love with the new ones again. But with the new markings, you're allowed to overtake more oftern ;) Reinstalling means loosing all the mods. And what's the difference to uploading those files to the new line .2db? It includes original one, created by Eden files, too .... Hell, it's not even legal for us to be modding TDU in the first place!

    You unpacked first?! :p We normally jump straigh into bed after watching some TV! Mainly because we opt for cheaper landing at 12am flights or something though :p

    It's mainly the 360 lot who have gone from TDU. Our "crew" still all play! Except Carboy, but his activity went down after he stopped (undertandably)
